Let’s talk about health today! Health is so important to everyone. Sadly to say, the physically ill people in the church are not less than those outside the church. Though I am not a doctor, except from prayer, I have a great passion to promote good information on health, and bring people in urgent need of changing their health HOPE.

Since my father went to be with the Lord in 2013 due to colon cancer, I keep studying and absorbing the knowledge on health. I believe that God has put His healing power in the food around us! But we need to have an open mind and learn from the cutting edge. One doctor said, God-made oil is good for you, but man-made oil will kill! It is so true. I used to dine out and did not consider any disadvantages on vegetable oils. It turned out to be that I was not very healthy at that time! Now I cook for my family, using good oils. Our health change dramatically and even lost several pounds!! I believe that the use of good oils, like avocado oil, plays an important role of improving our health.

I recommend you take a look of Dr. Udo Erasmus’s book, even reading several pages from amazon will help!!
